In this role, you'll create impactful online and offline deliverables for our client portfolio and brand pitches. You'll work along side our Creative Directors to craft unique visuals and develop brand communications that resonate with target audiences. Your success will be driven by your sharp design instincts, attention to detail, and ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling solutions that demonstrate mastery of fundamental design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creative excellence by designing compelling visual content across diverse client projects
• Transform innovative concepts into polished, market-ready designs that exceed client expectations
• Will be working on a diverse range of pitches and is expected to develop concepts and ideas.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills through organised documentation and consistent on-time delivery
• Collaborate effectively within our dynamic team environment to achieve exceptional results

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional design experience (exceptional fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios will be considered)
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with GenAI tools like DALL-E or MidJourney
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and execute creative concepts
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise
• Good command over the English language

Bonus if you:

• Have knowledge of motion graphics and/or video content creation
• Are from an agency or design studio background
