We're on the hunt for a Copywriter who knows that great copy goes beyond grammar and punchlines. Someone who can craft copy that moves people—whether it's a scroll-stopping Instagram caption, a high-converting ad, or a sharp website headline. You should be fluent in English, fluent in culture, and fluent in understanding how people think.
✍️ Write copy across digital, social, performance marketing, websites, videos, print, and more
✍️ Develop brand Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms
✍️ Tailor communication to different audience demographics and platforms
✍️ Collaborate with designers, strategists, and social media managers to bring ideas to life
✍️ Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) smartly to ideate and draft and know when to put them aside and write from scratch
✍️ Create and evolve brand content pillars and IPs that build long-term brand equity
✍️ Stay culturally tuned in—whether that’s memes, movies, music, or market trends
✍️ Independently research industries, audiences, and topics to craft meaningful content
✍️ Bring fresh campaign ideas, content strategies, and storytelling formats to the table
